Portrait of Home: Haight-Ashbury
Resting just off of Haight Street, is a beautiful apartment shared by four friends; Melisa, Fabi, Anvitha, and Megan. On the top floor, with east and west facing windows, the rooms get bathed in natural light throughout the day. Melisa said the sun follows her - waking her up in the morning, following her to the living room and kitchen, where she spends most of her evenings socializing, crafting, cooking, etc. Melisa and Fabi met in high school and have had a sibling bond ever since. They are the “OGs” of the apartment, having moved in four years ago. The unique characteristics and never-ending stories that each element of their home has was incredible to discover, room after room, nook after nook. I feel incredibly grateful to have had the opportunity to document such a wonderful space. Enjoy!
